Kehebatan ASUS dalam meramu mainboard tertuang dalam P8P67 Deluxe, siap dipasang Processor Intel® Generasi ke-2 Sandy Bridge socket LGA 1155. Dengan modal Chipset Intel® P67(B3) Express maka mainboard P8P67 Deluxe mampu menampung DDR3 2200/2133/1866/1600/1333/1066 maksimal 32 GB pada 4 slot DIMM. Selain itu juga bisa melakukan transfer data dengan cepat melalui bus SATA 6.0 GB/s. Dengan pemakaian Chipset Intel® P67 revisi 3 berarti masalah "Bug P67" sudah diatasi.

Sebagai mainboard High-End ASUS P8P67 Deluxe tentu saja mendukung SLI dan CrossFireX dengan adanya 2 slot PCIe. ASUS P8P67 Deluxe support USB 3.0 serta didukung konektifitas untuk jaringan cepat melalui Intel® 82579 Gigabit LAN.
