LG meluncurkan Blue-ray Drive Internal BH12LS35 Media Optic yang mampu melakukan operasi tulis (write) pada keping Blue-ray disc hingga 12x. LG BH12LS35 Media Optic mempergunakan interface SATA sehingga memungkinkan untuk memperoleh kinerca super cepat dan mudah dalam pemasangan dalam casing. Disamping itu terdapat fitur tambahan berupa LightScribe guna membuat label pada piringan disc. LG BH12LS35 Media Optic juga kompatibel dengan media DVD maupun CD.
LG BH12LS35 Media Optic ditawarkan dengan harga USD $129 dan juga disertakan bundel software Cyberlink yang terdiri dari aplikasi Power2Go, Power DVD, PowerBackup serta PowerProducer. Melalui software Cyberlink memungkinkan untuk melakukan backup data dengan ultra cepat hingga 16x pada media DVD±R. LG BH12LS35 Media Optic dilengkapi dengan buffer 4MB sebagai media penyimpanan data temporer, dengan demikian akan diperoleh hasil burning yang cepat dan konsisten.
